Style Frame

Here is some initial thoughts for our style aesthetic, capitalizing on blur, close crops, and abstraction to generate fear in our brand.

I incorporated some grunge to dirty the photo up a bit, and I played around with a bunch of font selections and came up with a couple ideas.

Furthermore, I think it would be cool to name our company "flinch" or "flinch.tv" It plays well as a synonym/action associated with fear, and could be used as a great name in referencing our crazy jump cuts and eery footage. Let me know what you all think.

I may be posting some more stuff later today or tomorrow.

Andy, I found a few really good soundtracks for you to potentially play around with. I'll give them to you on tuesday.

Additionally, I found a sweet ass old text book on surgery of the brain. It contains a lot of diagrams which could be used in a motion piece. Win win.

  1. Cool. I like the look you have going on, mostly because of the grunge mixed with a blown out contrast.

The second type looks better I think, but maybe with some work the first one could be nice. If the last letter were to be more exaggerated as a scary letter and made red It would have a nice clean horror look.

The name isn't bad. I think we can explore a few other possibilities.
